About Me

My career began working in addiction treatment centers, facilitating psychoeducation and art therapy groups, along with teaching yoga. I started my training in Somatic Experiencing in 2014 and focused my undergraduate studies on ecopsychology and Jungian studies. I then went on to deepen my training in Jungian and depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. From there, I continued to study nervous system healing and mentored under various craniosacral therapists. I have also studied Western herbalism in depth. The natural world has been, and continues to be, one of my greatest teachers, shaping both my personal healing and my approach to working with clients.

I began working one-on-one with clients as a trauma therapist in an addiction treatment center, and in 2021, I transitioned fully into private practice as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I continue to be an active student in my fields of study. The focus of my work is on complex and developmental trauma and sexual abuse. I work particularly well with highly sensitive, creative, and neurodivergent individuals, while also specializing in chronic illness and endometriosis.

My work is deeply personal. Having navigated my own path, I bring a level of empathy and understanding that only lived experience can provide. I believe healing happens when we reconnect with our bodies, the natural world, and the inner wisdom we all hold when we experience enough safety to connect.
